Another 15 minutes..

耶没错，女律师主橱又登场啦！

今天想教大家两道菜：海鲜意大利炒面＋黑椒羊扒！

其实我煮菜没有很顶级，但是我想与所有在外上学却不太会煮菜的朋友们分享，让你们在离家很远的地方，至少在食物上是无优的。

Yes, Miss Chef J is here to provide free cooking tutorial, same reason, keep Vanessa away from Carbonara although I saw her buying the carbonara sauce AGAIN!

Since last time was the basic, now we should move forward and increase our standard a bit..

Today I would like to dedicate the recipe: Spaghetti with seafood sauce + Hot Pot Lamb

首先介绍的是海鲜意大利炒面需要准备的材料：肉碎，豆芽，蒜米，洋葱和现成的炒面料理包（超级市场应该都可以购买得到）

I will first start from Spaghetti with seafood sauce. The things we need to prepare is really simple. Garlic, Onion, Minced meat (either chicken, beef or pork) and some vege if you like.

Besides, I also prepared the Hoi Sin (Seafood in cantonese) and Garlic sauce. You can get it from Tesco or Sainsburry.

跟上次一样，首先先把意大利面煮熟。

As usual, we first have to cook the Spaghetti.

等待意大利面煮熟的同时可以准备佐料。首先把蒜米和洋葱爆香，记得，这步骤是几乎每道菜的开头。

While waiting for Spaghetti to be cooked, we can start to prepare our sauce at the same time. Warm up the pot and fry the onion and garlic.

闻到蒜米和洋葱香味了，这时候即可倒入肉碎，拌炒。

When you can smell the garlic and onion, add in minced meat and continue frying until the meat is fully cooked.

肉碎过后就轮到炒豆芽。可以用其他菜代替，例如包菜等。但我个人比较喜欢豆芽！

Then add in beansprout or other vege that you prefered. You can also skip this step if you are not having vege.

一切完成之后，我们就可以将现成的炒面酱料倒入锅中与菜和肉碎混合。

When everything is cooked, simply add in the seafood sauce.

I like this brand because it is more healthy.

 很喜欢这个牌子的酱料，很健康，没有添加物！

 佐料完成的同时，旁边的意大利面也大约已经煮软了。这时候就可以把面（去水）移到佐料的锅子里，拌炒直到酱料平均，即可。

Add the sauce into the pot before you add in the cooked spaghetti and stir them together!

这是我的第一道主食。

And the first meal is ready!

我接下来介绍的是：黑椒羊扒。

个人非常推荐纽西兰羊扒，因为口感比较软！

 The second dish that I am sharing today is Hot Pot Lamb Chop. I personally prefer New Zealand Lamb because they are more softer.

准备的材料又：现成黑胡椒粉，蒜米，羊扒。

 The ingredients are: Lamb Hotpot Pack, garlic and lamb. Yes, just that!

首先把蒜米和羊扒混合。。

 First off, we have to mince the garlic and add them with the lamb.

再来，把黑胡椒粉倒入碗里，然后把所有材料混在一起，腌制最少约20分钟，比较入味嘛！

Then add in the Hot Pot powder (black pepper flavour) with the meat and souse for at least 20 minutes.

等待的同时我们可以先预热锅子。。

While we are waiting for the meat, we can warm up the pot at the same time.

等时间到的时候，直接把羊肉放入锅中慢慢煮，乘一种半炸半烤的方式。。建议新手在煮菜的时候，多用中火，这样比较容易掌控一切，等到上手之后再加强。

Once the meat is ready, simply put them in the frying pan and started to fry it. Note that beginners should  try to cook with medium fire so you wont be rushing around.

 那！煮好的羊肉。我个人怕油，所以会重复用吸油纸把羊扒上的油份吸干！

And there we go! The lamb chop is cooked! 

这是我晚餐的第二道主食。。希望你们也会喜欢！

 And then, you will have a nice meal for today! Hope it is useful and hope you guys ill like it!

The day

 是的没错，病人J今天觉得好多了，夜晚也比较容易入睡了！

今天发生一件很荒谬的事情。我房间的门是自动上锁的防火门。所以每次进出房间都得带着门卡，否则就会被锁在门外。

是的，今天我被锁在门外！！！因为赶着去上课，所以匆匆忙忙就跑出房间。殊不知到楼下要用门卡开大铁门的时候，发现大事不妙！

糟糕的事在后头！我们大学规定一天只有在限定的时间才会帮学生开锁。下午四点，晚上八点和十点。刚好四点有人帮我开门但是我却在那时侯有课。我当时犹豫了好久！不想缺课也不想等！

最后我还是决定上课，同时选择等八点那一轮开门时间（等于我上完课，五点等到八点，三个小时）。

这三个小时，我是名副其实的“无家可归小姐”

我不想浪费时间，所以决定找个替死鬼陪我一起吃晚餐，这样我回家就可以立刻温书。

很明显，老娘孤僻，没朋友，唯一能靠的，就只有Vanessa！

她看我可怜，所以批准我们两个姑且一天，去吃我最爱的日本料理。我很讨厌吃饭，所以当你听到我很喜欢吃某碗饭的时候，你就知道它有多好吃！

Yes yes, I have been locked out of my room today! What a lucky day for me?!

The thing is that I have to wait for 3 hours for the silly guy to open my room door. As a really organising person, I didn't want to waste my time. Hence, I decided to take my dinner while waiting so I can study straight away once I got into my room. I hate the feeling of loneliness so I use my "power" to make Vanessa to go with me!

 啊！好吃！

Yea... Vanessa said that I am pity cause I have no room for that 3 hours, so I deserve a nice and lovely meal from Mount Fuji, my another BFF!

Alua, I so have to bring you there once you visit Birmingham cause this thing is just soooo good!!!

鲑鱼意粉

是的，15分钟有面吃！

今天教大家鲑鱼意大利面！

Yes, Vanessa. Since I am such a nice and lovely friend, I would like to dedicate my personal secret recipe to you! Free!

Stop eating Carbonara all the time cause even I feel sick already.

So here we go!

It's Salmon Bolognese Spaghetti~ One of my favourites!

 准备的材料非常简单：鲑鱼，蒜米和洋葱。

The things we need to prepare is merely simple! You just need garlic, onion and also salmon.

另外，我用现成的酱料。超级市场就可以买到的Bolognese。。

I also prepared Bolognese as my spaghetti  sauce..

为了剪短等待时间，我通常会边用热水壶烧水，边热锅子。等水烧开了，就直接倒进热锅里，随后放入意大利面条，煮软。。

To shorten my time, I always boil the water in the kettle before I pour it into the pot. While you are waiting for the water to boil, start-up the fire and heat up the pot.

Once the water is boiled, simply pour in the water, place in your spaghetti and let it cook for a while.

在等待意大利面煮熟的同时，我们准备另外一个锅子，一样，先热锅！

如果你家是选用“不粘锅”的朋友，有福啦！

因为我通常占着锅子不会粘食物，就不放油，直接煮菜！剪用油量也顺便减肥！

但如果你想要让食物更有香味，不妨用牛油代替食油。但是丑话先说：它会肥死你！

While you are waiting for the spaghetti to cook, prepare another pot and heat it up cause we are going to prepare our sauces at the same time. If you are using non-stick pot, you can skip the cooking oil but if you are not, the you better heat up your cooking oil ( or butter instead).

 锅子热的时候，把蒜米和洋葱爆香。。记得一定要闻到香味才进下一步！

Then put in your garlic and onion, fry them until you can smell "ONION" and "GARLIC"..

闻到蒜米洋葱香的时候，就可以把鲑鱼丁放入锅中煮熟。。

 After that, you can then put in salmon fish and continue to fry.

对啦，当你看到鲑鱼的颜色改变的时候，证明鲑鱼熟了！

Until the color of the fish changed into "cooked" color.

 再来就是倒入适当的酱料量。因人而异。像我不喜欢那么多酱料的人，就会选择倒少一点。记得要拌匀！

Then add in your Bolognese sauce, stir it!

 当你完成佐料的时候，隔壁锅的意大利面相信也已经熟了，这时候，只需要把面移到佐料的锅里来！

By the time you have completed the sauce part, it's time for you to move your spaghetti into the sauce pot, if you get what I mean...

然后拌匀。。记得这时候火侯可以关小甚至熄灭！

 And the last step, stir it!

 拿！这就是今天的鲑鱼意大利面！

And guess what! You have a new list of menu which is not Carbonara!!!

Present v Dream

是的！

老娘的生日快要到了！

自从出国升学，我的生日从此平淡无奇，没有惊喜，没有蛋糕，没有生日派对，没有特别礼物。。

多么悲哀。。

但是今年，我终于迈向女人的第一年。。

势必要有礼物才正常吧？！

老爸老妈，你说是不是？！！

Yes, I can smell my birthday is coming...

So sad, there's no surprises, no huge party no cake, no presents from my family since I came to UK!

This is sad! This is pathetic!!!

Since the number of my age is pushing me toward "lady", I assume that I need some treats to make me feel better..

MOM & DAD, don't you think so?!

and guess what, I've found my perfect present for Lady J this year!

It's all about my lovely love Prada.

LV 和 Gucci今年都不在我的考虑范围之内。因为老娘累了！每次都觉得全世界都拿着一样的包，真没有新鲜感！

当然，为了不让我的银行户头大出血，Chanel也自动从我的排行榜里删除了！

但是，亲爱的，Prada....

这小东西真让我着迷！看到这包的气质了吗？看到它有多高贵典雅吗？看到这包上面隐约写着 “Lady J“吗？？

我真的好喜欢你，我的包。。

Yes, obviously Louis Vuitton or silly Gucci is not in my plan list this year cause I am definitely sick of it.

Not because I have too much but the thing is the whole world is using the same bag and I really feel unpleased with that!

Indeed, Chanel is not in my budget yet so I better not make my bank account suffer too much..

COUGH+COUGH

今早起身的時候我也被自己的床鋪嚇到！

世界大戰發生了嗎？？怎麼那麼亂？！

My bed gave me a huge surprise this morning..

I was wondering how can I manage...to mess up the whole bed!!!

I bet you will actually believe if I tell you that there was a world war III in my room..

 是的，三天幾乎都沒睡到覺。。

它們成了我最好的夥伴！

Well yes, I didn't sleep well for three days..and its driving me crazy..

So what I did for the whole night long?

它們是我的課外書和哥送我的psp！

書。。大概陪我一個小時左右。。但是psp嘛。。。。

 Here we are, my lovely book and also my second husband, PSP!

Books? I spend like 1 hour on it but when thing comes to PSP....... definitely hourS

在這痛苦的時刻，沒有選擇的情況下，我懦弱的跟Starbucks的Frappuccino提出分手！

臨時找了另一個臨時男友－－我的熱巧克力！

真的不騙你，睡前喝熱巧克力，是再幸福不過的事情了！

但是。。肥死是一定的啦！

 Unfortunately, no Starbucks Frappuccino for me at this very moment, I have no choice but break up with him..

Good thing is that at least I found myself a new part-time boyfriend who can take part of the job and make me feel better...It's my hot chocolate+creamer!

I swear, nothing is better than drinking hot hot chocolate before you sleep!!

It's a shame if you have not try it before!

靠！我討厭這個東西，整個晚上都在煩我！

你不會知道我單單一個晚上喝了多少冤枉水，上了多少無辜的廁所啊！！

She's my new enemy and I hate her!

She's Bitchy....

She bothers me for the whole day and night!

You can't imagine how many "pints" I have for these days!!
